What is a home watch inspection?
A home watch inspection is a scheduled visual check of your property while you’re away, looking for obvious issues such as water leaks, HVAC problems, pest activity, storm damage, or signs of forced entry. As an NHWA-accredited company, we perform these inspections on a regular schedule and document every visit with a GPS/timestamped photo report.
How often do you visit my home?
Most clients choose weekly or bi-weekly visits, though we can adjust frequency to fit your property and needs. You set your preferred schedule when we get started, and we hold to it consistently.
What’s included in a standard home watch visit?
Every visit covers an interior walkthrough (leaks, HVAC, plumbing, pests, general condition) and an exterior check (entry points, doors/windows/screens, pool and enclosure, landscaping, mail and package activity). You receive a detailed report with photos after every visit.
Do you offer services beyond inspections?
Yes. Beyond routine home watch, we provide concierge services on request, including pre-arrival preparation, vendor and contractor coordination, key holding, mail and package management, cleaning, and vehicle care.
What happens if you find a problem during a visit?
We notify you immediately with photos and details rather than waiting until the next scheduled visit, and we can coordinate with vetted local vendors to help resolve the issue.
